Healthy Monster Cookie Bars

Ingredients
• 3 egg whites ( ¾ cups)• ¼ cup packed brown sugar• 3 teaspoons vanilla extract• 2 tablespoons honey• 1 teaspoon baking soda• ¼ plus 1/8 cup applesauce• 1 teaspoon oil• ¾ cups peanut butter• 2 ¼ cups rolled oats• 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a very large bowl, beat the eggs.
3. Add the remaining ingredients in order, mixing well.
4. Pour into rectangular pan and spread evenly
5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
