Bumble Bee Prime Fillet Solid White Albacore in Water, 6oz drained, about 1/2 cup, cottage cheese low fat Friendly farms, 3/4 cup Celery, raw, .3/4 cup, diced Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped; pickel relish 2 tab2 hard biled Egg whites, *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 1 to 2 tablespoons just to make mayo with the cottage cheese in a blender.. celery seed and salt and pepper to taste
very low calorie and healthy... mix cottage cheese and milk to make mayo like substance...add tuna and diced vegies...add remaining mix well and serve over bed of lettuce or spinach with tomatoes... also can be stuffed into a tomato or lettuce leaf... add balsamic to the salad addition and your eating a balanced healthy meal very low in calories and high in flavor
