8 oz pasta2 tbsp butter/margarine2.5 cups skim milk4 tbsp dried onion flakes or 1/2 cup chopped onion1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 tsp black pepper
Cook pasta according to package directions. In a medium saucepan melt butter and onion until tender on medium heat. Add flour and black pepper. Add milk all at once. Stir until thickened and bubbly. Add in shredded cheese and stir until melted. Drain pasta and add to the cheese sauce. Place in a casserrole dish and cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 350.
