Baked Zucchini salad

Ingredients
1 Zucchini - cut thin slicesGram flour - 2 tablespoonsSalt, pepper - according to tasteFat free Yogurt - 0.50 cupChopped onion - 0.25 cupChopped tomato - 0.25 cupPre heat oven at 400. Now mix gram flour, salt and pepper. Add water (about 4 tablespoons) and make it a paste. Put around 2 drops of oil (preferably olive oil) on your oven tray and spread it on the tray. Now dip each slice of zucchini in the gram flour dip and start placing it on the oven tray. Bake it for around 7 - 10 mins and the turn them around and bake for 7 - 10 mins/ or until they become crispy and brown. Once done with all ,place them in a bowl. Put the mixture of yogurt+onion+ tomato on top of the baked zucchinis. Add salt, pepper according to your taste and have it. If you want, you can also add chick peas/ beans/tomato ketchup/lemon to enhance the taste.
