Buckwheat Pancakes (THRIVE)

Ingredients
1 c Buckwheat pancake mix (e.g. Bob's Red Mill Buckwheat Pancake & Waffle mix)1/4 c ground flaxseed1/4 c hemp protein powder1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1 banana, large1 c water (or more, to desired consistency)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except water in food processor. Once well-blended, add water slowly until mixture reaches desired consistency. Prepare in an oiled pan over medium heat, scooping 1/4 c of the mixture per pancake. Flip pancakes when bubbles pop and set, leaving a small hole on the pancake.

Serving Size: Makes 8 6" pancakes
