Lemon-Rosemary Wild Rice

Ingredients
1 cup (uncooked) Wild or Basamati Rice1 tbsp fresh Rosemarry, chopped1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped2 large cloves of garlic, minced1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Lemon, Zest and Juice
Directions
Cook wild rice (basamati is also a good substitution for this recipe) using box/bag description.
While rice is cooking, finely chop rosemary, rhyme, and garlic. Zest and juice lemon.

Once rice is done cooking, add all remaining ingredients, then fluff with a fork. Salt and pepper to taste using sea salt and freshly ground pepper.

Enjoy your light and delicious side dish!
