Ingredients
Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, 1 cupSwanson Natural Goodness Chicken Broth, 2 cup1/2 Summer Squash, diced1/2 Zucchini, diced5 Baby Carrots, cut in half and diced1/2 Onions diced1/2 cup Celery, dicedCoconut Oil (Nutiva Organic) 2 tbsp1 clove garlic
Directions
Prepare Quinoa as directed, using broth instead of water.

Saute vegetables in coconut oil, until tender. Mix in with Quinoa and serve.
