Cornbread (Best ever)

Ingredients
2/3 cup Smart Balance buttery spread1 cup Splenda3 eggs1 2/3 cup 1/2% or low fat milk2 1/3 cup all purpose flour1 cup cornmeal4 1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt
Directions
In a mixing bowl, cream butter and Splenda. Combine the eggs and milk in one bowl, and the dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add them alternately to the creamed mixture. Pour into a prepared 9 x 13 pan and bake at 400 degrees for 22-27 minutes. Serve hot.
