Whole Wheat Banana Mini Muffins

2/3 cup protein powder1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking powder3/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 cup shortening1/2 cup splenda2 large eggs5 medium ripe bananas2 Tbsp milk
In mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, cream shortening and splenda till fluffy. Add eggs and blend. In bowl, mash bananas. Mix milk in with bananas. Add 1/3 of the dry mix to the shortening mixture and mix well. Then add 1/2 of the banana mixture, then another 1/3 of the dry, then the rest of the banana, then the rest of the dry. Spoon into mini muffin pans. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
