Ingredients
cupcakes:1 betty crocker lemon cake mix1-12oz diet sierra mist or any diet lemon lime sodawhipped frosting:1-8oz light cool whip1-8oz sugar free jello lemon pudding mix1 cup of skim/light milkjuice of half a lemon (2tbs of lemon juice)cupcake liners.
Directions
preheat to 350, line cupcakes.
pour cake mix & soda into a medium bowl & beat until smooth.
pour mix into liners & bake 18-20 mins.

mix frosting & chill in fridge while cupcakes are baking.
frost cupcakes when completely cooled.

Serving Size: makes 20 half filled cupcakes.
