Low Fat Sopapillas (w/ Cinnamon Ice Cream)

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Fat Free frozen yogurt or ice cream (vanilla)1.5 tsp ground cinnamon12 wonton wrappers (3.5 in square)4 tsp sugar4 tsp honey4 tsp sugar free Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix ice cream and cinnamon in a bowl. Put back in freezer.

Spray a cookie sheet with Pam. Lay out wontons in a single layer. Spray w/ Pam again. Sprinkle w/ sugar. Place in oven until light brown. About 5 minutes. Watch carefully.

Makes 4 servings:
Put one scoop of ice cream (1/3 cup) and 3 wontons on each plate. Drizzle with 1tsp each honey and chocolate syrup.
