Ingredients
Garlic, 3 cloves Red Wine, 2 fl ozExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspWater, tap, .5 cup Basil, 3 tbsp Tomato Paste,1 ozbalsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoon Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tspChicken Breast, with skin, 3 breast,
Directions
Marinade:
In cup mix together:
Garlic, 3 cloves
Red Wine, 2 fl oz
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Water, tap, .5 cup
Basil, 3 tbsp
Tomato Paste, 0.2 cup
balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoon
Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Baste 3 split chicken breasts with marinade for several hours.

Preheat oven 425

Cook Chicken about 45-50 minutes until juices run clear.
