Super Cookies! (Vegan, Gluten-free)

Ingredients
Ingredients:Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Applesauce, 1/3 cup (Mott's blends, canned pumpkin or fruit babyfood also work)Molasses, 1 TBSPCanola Oil, 1 TBSPBrown Sugar, 1/2 cupBob's Red Mill all-purpose gluten free baking flour, 3/4 cup (or 3/4 cup whole wheat flour)Baking Soda, 1 tsp Allspice, 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground, 1/2 tspGinger, ground, 1/2 tsp Oats, 1 1/2 cups Raisins, 2/3 cup (optional)Pumpkin Seeds or sunflower seeds, 2 TBSPMillet,2 TBSPpoppy seeds, 2 TBSPHemp Seeds (shelled), 2 TBSPFlax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 TBSPChocolate chips, 1/4 cup (optional)
Directions
1 Mix brown sugar with first 4 (wet) ingredients.
2 Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice & ginger.
3 Stir in oatmeal, raisins & seeds.
4 Drop on cookie sheets that have been sprayed with Pam.
5 Flatten and shape into circles with damp fingers, they won't spread much.
5 Bake in 350F oven for about 8 minutes.
