Chocolate covered banana cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour1/2 cup All-Purpose White Flour1 cup Granulated Sugar1/2 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1/4 cup B-Flax-D3/4 tsp. Baking Soda3/4 tsp. Baking Powder1/4 cup Canola Oil1 large Egg1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Original1 medium very ripe Banana1/4 cup Amaretto1 tsp. vegetable shortening
Directions
preheat oven to 350*
using vegetable shortening, lightly grease bread pan and set aside

in a bowl mix dry ingredients with a fork
in a blender, blend other ingredients till smooth

mix wet ingredients into dry, pour into prepared bread pan

bake 30-35 min.

let cool, cut into 8 slices, enjoy
