Beer Brats

Ingredients
Jennie-O Turkey Bratwurst, 20 oz Bread, Meijer Light White Hot Dog Buns, 5 serving Sauerkraut, 1.75 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Light Beer, 12 fl oz
Directions
Place brats in foil pan. Add peppers, onions & sauerkraut. Pour beer on top. Cover with foil. Place on grill using indirect heat. When brats are cooked through (20-30 min) remove from pan and place directly on the grill to brown. Return to pan. Grill buns. Top bun with brat and sauerkraut, peppers and onions. Good with a little brown mustard or Franks hot sauce.
