1-3/4 cups fat-free milk 1-1/2 cups vanilla fat-free yogurt 1 small banana, cut into chunks 1/2 of a 4-serving-size pkg. (about 2 tbsp) sugar-free, fat-free instant chocolate pudding mix Strawberries (optional) Chocolate, grated (optional)

Combine milk, yogurt, banana, and pudding mix in blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Garnish each serving with a strawberry and grated chocolate, if desired.
