Whole Wheat "White" Gravy

Ingredients
* Whole Wheat Flour (2 tablespoons)* Canola Oil (2 tablespoons)* Skim Milk (1 cup)* Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat oil in a skillet over high heat.

2. Add 2 tablespoons of whole wheat flour and stir the flour to "brown" it and mix it thoroughly with the oil.

3. Pour milk into the skillet and whisk with the oil/flour mixture for 3-5 minutes until it begins to simmer and thicken.
