Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 150 grams (remove)Celery, raw, 80 grams (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Garlic, 6 grams (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 120 grams (remove)*(Veg) Courgette, 222 gram (remove)Lemon Peel, 6 grams (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tsp (remove)Basil, 3 grams (remove)Dill weed, dried, .5 tsp (remove)*mixed dry herb, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 25 grams (remove)*Delverde Spaghetti No. 141 Pasta, 120 gram(s) (remove)Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
heat a tbsp of oil in a pan, add onion garlic, celery and oregano reduce heat and put lid on cook for 5 mins stirring occasionally. heat a second pan of water for the spagetti. Cook and drain the spagetti with a tsp of olive oil
add mushrooms, courgettes & mixed herbs to the onion mixture and cover and leave to soften once there is juice in the pan add salt, pepper parsley and dill add the the lemon rind and cook for a further 2 minute with the lid on. add the drained pasta and stir. serve with grated cheese.
