Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients
4 sm/med zucchini, thinly sliced5 med/lg tomatoes, thinly sliced10 oz shredded mozzarella3 tsp salt (approx)2 tsp pepper (approx)2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Place a single layer of zucchini slices in bottom on 9X13 pan;
Top with a layer of sliced tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and 1/2 the cheese; Repeat except for cheese (reserve it until later).
Place top layer of zucchini and cover with foil.
Bake @ 400 for 30 min, remove foil, sprinkle remaining cheese and place back in oven until melted. Enjoy
