Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed4 plum tomatoes, diced1/2 c red onion, diced1/2 c green pepper, diced1/2 c yellow pepper, diced1 clove garlic, chopped2 T fresh cilantro, chopped3 T fersh lime juice1 tsp lime zest, grated1 1/2 tsphot pepper sauce2 T olive oil1/2 tsp salt
Directions
combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate, covered, until serving. Serve with corn chips.
