Penne rice pasta - Tinkyada (2011), 12 oz Cheese, Organic Valley Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese ~1 cupRagu Traditional - Organic - Pasta Sauce, ~2 cup Mozzarella, Low Moisture, Part Skim, Shredded (2011), ~2 cup
Cook the pasta according to package directions (shorten cooking time if you want "al dente" pasta)
Layer sauce, pasta, ricotta, mozzarella - then pasta, sauce, mozzarella (leave out ricotta in the second layer).
Bake at ~400 degrees for about 30 minutes - until bubbly inside and melted/browning on the top.
