Cheese Tortillini and Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1 Tbs. olive oil3 cloves garlic, minced1/2 large onion, chopped in bite size pieces or smaller1 green bell pepper, chopped in bite size pieces or smaller1 zuccini, sliced1 yellow squash, sliced1 package cheese tortillini3 cans condensed tomato soup3 cans water1 Tbs. Italian seasoning
Directions
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil for 3-5 mins. Add green pepper and saute for another 2 minutes. Add zuccini and squash and saute for another minute. Add condensed tomato soup, water, tortillini and Italian seasoning. Heat on medium high heat until tortillini and veggies are cooked to desired tenderness.
