Super Banana Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
Cupcakes 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour 3/4 cup Sugar 1/2 cup unsweetened Applesauce 2 cups mashed banana 2 large eggs 2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp saltFrosting: 5 tbsp smooth peanut butter 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp confectioner's sugar 8oz fat free cream cheese
Directions
Combine wet cupcake ingredients, plus sugar. Whip with a hand mixer 2-3 minutes, until light and airy. Add flour, salt, and baking soda. Stir to combine. Divide into 18 muffin/cupcake tins. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Whip together frosting ingredients. Allow cupcakes to cool completely. Frost lightly once cool. Enjoy!
