Cranberry Spinach Salad

Ingredients
1 (6 ounce) package fresh baby spinach1/4 cup slivered almonds2 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan1/2 teaspoon McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning1/3 cup light extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons sugar2 tablespoons red wine vinegar1 tablespoon sour cream1/2 teaspoon Spicy Brown mustard1/2 cup dried cranberries
Directions
In a bowl, combine the spinach, almonds, parmesan & salad seasoning. In a deep cup combine the sugar, vinegar, sour cream & mustard and mix with a hand blender. Drizzle the olive oil in while blending. Stir in the cranberries and refrigerate until ready to serve.

When ready to serve, toss the dressing/cranberries with teh spinach mixture and toss to coat.
