For the CRUST, you'll need:- 100 grs. cottage cheese 1% Milkfat- 2tbsp flaxseeds- 3 egg whites- 1tsp baking powder- 1 packet of SteviaFor the TOPPING, you'll need:- 0.3 cup of green pepper- 0.3 cup of red pepper- 0.1 cup of raw onionFor the HOMEMADE TOMATO SAUCE, you'll need:- 0.4 of a whole tomato
Put all the crust ingredients in a bowl and mix them well; preheat the oven at 300F and put the mix into a bowl (not a deep one).
Cut all the topping ingredients and sautée them with a tsp of olive oil and put them aside.
Cut the tomato into dieces and sautée all them quickly with a tsp of olive oil, them, put it into a blender and blend it, put it aside.
Once the crust is done, spread the homemade tomato sauce and put all the veggies on the top; spread a bit of basil of you want to and ENJOY IT!.
