2 cups dry quinoa4 cups water15 oz can Hanover Black Beans15 oz can corn15 oz can Diced Tomatos1 tbsp minced garlic1 tbsp ground cumin1 tsp garlic salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 tbsp lime juice
Pour water and Quinoa into a saucepan and boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 min. Fluff with fork. While Quinoa is cooking open the Beans, Corn, and Tomatoes and strain. Add dry spices and canned vegetables to Quinoa and stir.
