6 artichoke hearts, quartered½ cup pitted and sliced black olives¾ cup roasted red peppers, chopped½ stalk celery, diced2 tsp Dijon mustard¼ cup mayonnaise2 tbsp sweet chili sauce1 tsp black pepper¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes¼ tsp garlic powder2 cups cooked whole-wheat bow-tie pasta, warm
Mix all ingredients but pasta in a small bowl.
Place pasta in serving dish, pour dressing over and toss well.
Place in refrigerator for a minimum of 3 hours.
Toss well before serving.
