1 cup of broccoli1/2 precooked chicken breast or a can of chicken1/2 cup sweet bell peppers or a few of the small mixed color onesa few tbsp of light italian dressingfew tsp of mustard, poupon or yellowa squeeze of citrus juicepinch of basilpinch of black pepper
Directions
chop the chicken, broccoli, and peppers, mix with the remaining ingredients and enjoy!
