Ginger-Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil1/4 cup balsamic vinegar2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce2 cloves garlic, chopped2 tablespoons honey or brown sugar2 tablespoons peeled and minced ginger1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Add 2 tablespoons of water. Process until smooth.
