Ingredients
8 egg whites3.5 cups oats (old fashioned or steel cut)2 cups unsweetened applesauce1/4 cup splenda1/4 cup milled flax seed1 tbs vanilla extract2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1./4 tsp salt (optional)
Directions
mix all ingredients together, spoon into sprayed pan or stone (8x8 makes cutting equal bars easier.
bake in 350 degree oven until golden and set. Store in air tight container in fridge
