Tangy Avocado Cole Slaw

Ingredients
1 small head of cabbage2 large carrots1 small onion1 small zucchini1 tablespoon caraway seeds1 avocado, peeled, cored and mashed1/4 cup fat free sour cream3 tablespoons lime juice2 tablespoons skim milk
Directions
Chop or shred cabbage, carrots, onions, and zucchini, then mix together with caraway seeds. Mix avocado flesh, sour cream, lime juice, and milk until smooth and creamy. Stir into veggies and refrigerate til time to serve. Add salt or pepper to taste.
