Stuffed Baked Tomotoes

Ingredients
2 Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato 1/4 cup Mozzerella Cheese (shredded/part skim) Basil, 1 tsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove (remove) Pinch of Salt
Directions
Heat oven to 400° F.
Scoop out the inside of each tomato half and roughly chop the pulp.
Combine tomato pulp, mozzarella, basil, Parmesan, garlic, and a pinch of salt

Place tomatoes, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Spoon in tomato mixture and bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
