Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1 Can (15 oz.) Black Beans 1 onion (or 1/2 if you don't like onion) 1 Can Tomato Sauce 1 Can Ro Tel (Mild) - you can substitute Pace Salsa 1 TBS Chilli Powder 1 TBS Cumin 1 TBS Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste 16 oz ground turkey
Directions
Brown the turkey with the onion, start adding seasonings, cook & stir. Add cans of beans, sauce, Oh & about 1 tsp of sugar - this helps with the acidity of the tomato sauce. Just cook on low for about 30 minutes. YUM
