Spincah Egg & Mushroom salad with hot bacon dressing

2 cups baby spinach2 pieces bacon1.5 T cider vinegar1 t splenda1 large egg hard boiled1 t sesame seeds1 large mushroom1 green onion
Hard boil egg and toast sesame seeds ahead of time. Slice mushroom, egg and onion. Toss with spinach in large bowl. Cook bacon, remove from pan. Add vinegar and splenda to bacon grease and stir to a boil. Drizzle over spinach greens and toss to coat.
