Potatoes and Beef Gravy

Ingredients
*Green Giant Klondike Petite Potatoes, 5 serving (remove)*85% Lean Ground Beef (Hamburger), 16 oz (remove)*Beef Stroganoff Mix (svg = 1 tbsp/7g dry mix) 2/3 cup stroganoff, 1 serving (remove)*Land O Lakes Fat Free Sour Cream, 1 cup
Directions
Start by slicing potatoes in half and cook in microwave with 1/2-1 cup water for approx. 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, brown hamburger with whatever seasons you desire-I toss in dried onions, Mrs. Dash, Garlic, Salt-Add the stroganoff mix and follow directions on package-basically, add 1 cup water and simmer for 10 minutes. At the end, add the sour cream. Serve gravy over sliced potatoes. Very Good!!
