Mediterranean Couscous salad

Ingredients
2 cup dry couscous1 red pepper1 yellow pepper4 medium stalks of celery2 can sliced black olives (drained)50 grams clubhouse greek seasoning1 cup lemon juice.375 cup extra virgin olive oil2 cup cherry tomatoes200 grams feta cheese1 small cucumber
Directions
Boil water. Pour 2 cups of water over 2 cups of dry couscous in a measuring cup. Cover with a saucer or plastic wrap for 10 minutes.
While you're waiting for the couscous, dice all of your vegetables into uniform pieces. Mix vegetables all together, use a fork to fluff couscous into the bowl with vegetables. Add seasoning, feta, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil and mix well.
Cover and let sit until you are ready to serve!
