Baked Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2 cans salmonWhole Wheat Panko Bread Crumbs (about 0.75 cup)2 eggsParmesan cheese (2T)Garlic powder (to taste - about 1t)Dillweed (to taste - about 0.5T)Lawry's seasoning salt (to taste - about 0.25t)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400

Drain salmon and place in bowl.
Remove bones and flake.
Mix in two eggs
Add parmesan, dillweed, garlic powder and seasoning salt (salt optional).
Add bread crumbs
Mix together (I use my hands! Ewww!)

Place on foiled baking sheet. Bake at 400 for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Flip halfway through baking.
