Ingredients:*Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 1 cup Cheese--Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat, 1.5 ozcottage cheese low fat Friendly farms, 1 cup yogurt fit and active, .15 serving Scallions, raw, .25 cup, chopped
Directions
In small blender cream the cheeses and yogurt together add to diced crab and mix in onion... spread on Wasa light 7 grain crackers is the best for low carb... nice and light... I love them. can also spread on pita or favorite toasted bread.
