Garlic Chicken Artichoke Pizza

Ingredients
Boboli 100% Whole Wheat 10 oz Entire PizzaRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes - slicedTrader Joe's Artichoke Hearts (entire can), 14.5 oz - choppedExtra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspGarlic, 4 clove - choppedLucerne Low Fat Mozzarella, 4 oz - shreddedRosemary and Olive Oil Slow Cooker Chicken, 2 serving - shreddedScallions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
Directions
Set oven to package's instructed heating temp. Mix the olive oil and chopped garlic and brush over top of the prepared pizza crust. Bake in the oven for 2 minutes. Remove crust from oven and top with the artichoke and tomato. Layer on 1/2 of the mozzarella. Top that with the shredded chicken and green onion. Finally, add the remaining 2 oz of mozzarella. Put back in the oven and cook for 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: Serving size = 1/3 Pizza (serves 3)
