*Pampered Chef Chicken Enchilada Ring

Ingredients
1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped1/2 cup shredded cheddar/jack1 can green chiles, undrained1/4 cup light mayo1/2 Tbsp southwest seasoning1 plum tomato, chopped1 lime, juiced1 8-oz pkg reduced fat crescent rolls (8 per pkg)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. In large bowl, combine chicken, cheese, chiles, mayo & seasoning. Add chopped tomato & lime juice. Arrange crescent roll triangles on baking stone, either in a wreath/circle or in a row like a loaf. Scoop mixture into center, fold dough over to cover. Bake 20-25 mins. Serve with salsa & sour cream (optional) as garnishes.
