Summer Squash and Tomatoes

Ingredients
3 large summer squash2 plum tomatoes1/4 cup of tomato sauce2 cloves garlic1/4 tsp lemon pepper1/4 tsp salt1 tsp pepper2 tsp Italian seasoning2 tsp olive oil (less is okay)
Directions
Cut up the squash into slices and quarter them if necessary. Slice tomatoes and dice the garlic. Heat 2 tsp or less of the olive oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic and cook about 1 minute. Add squash and allow to cook for approx. 5 minutes or until slightly softened. Add tomatoes, tomatoe sauce and spices. Mix and continue cooking until cooked through.
