Morning Omelet

Ingredients
1 free range egg4 Tbsp onion4 strips of yellow or red sweet pepper1 cup chopped mustard or Asian greens
Directions
Saute your onion in a pat of butter and add 4 strips of yellow sweet pepper chopped. After a couple of minutes add 1 cup mustard greens. Sprinkle one tsp of chia seeds on top.
