Seafood Rice Salad

Ingredients
2 Cups of long grain rice (basmati if you have it)2lbs imitation crab1lbs medium cooked shrimp1 tbsp paprika1 lg.red bell pepper1 lg. green bell pepperHellmann's light mayo
Directions
Cook 2 cups of rice and allow to cool. Dice red and green bell peppers and stir in. Dice 2 lbs imitation crab and add cooked medium shrimp. 1 cup of Hellmann's light mayo, salt and paprika to taste. Keep cool.
