1 small onions, sliced 2 Johnsonville® Original Brats8 ounces or 1 cup Red Stripe Lager® Grey® Poupon Mustard, Hearty Spicy Brown
1. Pre-heat oven to 300º F.
2. Layer onions, brats, and beer in an ovenproof container.
3. Place in oven for about 30 minutes.
4. Remove the brats from the oven.
5. Strain the onions and dispose of the beer.
6. Lightly brown bratsin a cast iron skillet...this probably will take about 5 - 10 minutes.
7. When ready to serve, place brat on a bun with some of the onions and mustard, if desired.
