Ingredients
Albertson's Multigrain, Stonebaked Pizza Crust3 Roma TomatoesRed Onion3 large Brown Crimini MushroomsShredded Mozzarrella CheeseOlive OilRed Wine Vinegar(Rosemary, Marjoram & Basil) sprinkle for tasteGarlic Salt (lightly sprinkle for taste)
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Arrange tomato slices evenly oncrust. Sprinkle onion slices over tomato slices, then top with mushroom pieces/slices. Sprinkle Mozzarella evenly over vegetables. Sprinkle Garlic Salt, rosemary, marjoram & Basil over the cheese; followed by lightly sprinkle extra-virgin olive oil & red wine vinegar over the cheese & spices. Bake for approx. 10 minutes. Watch for pizza crust not to burn. Slice into 6 portions.
