Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour3/4 Cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/4 cup skim milk4 ripe mashed bananas1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt1 egg3/4 cup flax seed meal1 tsp baking powderdash salt
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Prepare loaf pan with spray and flour
Mix Sugar,flax meal, bananas, milk,egg and yogurt until blended.
Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Mixture will be thick.
Spoon into prepared pan, and back for 1 hour 10 minutes or until toothpick placed in middle comes out clean.
cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pan to finish
makes 12 servings.
