Ingredients: 1 cup medjool dates, remove the seeds 1/2 cup pecan halves 2 tbsp cacao nibs 1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
Method: Place the dates, pecans and cacao nibs into your food processor. Blend until fully combined. Form into 1.5 inch balls and roll in ground cinnamon. Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for longer.

Serving Size: makes 15 regular bites, or 25 mini bites.
