Creamy Turkey & Noodles

Ingredients
1 lb. ground lean (93%) turkey8 oz. Philly fat free cream cheese, cubed1 (10.75oz) can cream of mushroom soup6 0z. 2% milk1 cup canned yellow sweet corn, drained2 lb. pkg Ronzoni whole wheat wide noodles
Directions
Prepare noodles according to pkg directions. While noodles are cooking, brown turkey in about 1/4 cup water (prevents sticking). Drain and add remaining ingredients. Heat over medium high heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended. Serve over hot noodles.
