Pesto Chicken Flourentine

Ingredients
4 garlic cloves, minced8 skinless. boneless chicken breast **Thinly sliced1 package of frozen spinach3 packages of alfredo sauce mix1/4 cup Pesto16 oz of penne pasta
Directions
Heat a large skillet and add garlic. Cook for about one minute then add chicken breast.

When chicken is close to being done (no longer pink) add spinach and saute together about 3-4 minutes.

Meanwhile make Alfredo sauce as directed on package...I used nonfat Milk. When sauce is ready add 1/4 pesto. Set this aside

Boil pasta till al dente

Add chicken and alfredo mix to the pasta and simmer for 10 minutes while stirring

Serving Size: Makes 8 1 - 1&1/2 cup servings
