Sun-Dried Tomato and Cottage Cheese Dip **Low Fat

Ingredients
2 cup Cottage Cheese, lowfat , cream style 1 fresh green onions , chopped 1/4 cup sliced green bell peppers , finely chopped 2 tbsp Tomatoes, sun dried, oil pack, drained , chopped fine 2 tbsp fresh basil (or 2 tsp dried basil) 2 tsp fresh lemon juice 1/8 tsp black pepper , freshly cracked
Directions
Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth, stopping once to scrape sides.
Serve with green, red and yellow pepper squares, or other fresh veggies such as celery, zucchini, or carrot sticks.
